Yavapai County Courthouse Plaza Event Permit Application
This form is to apply for permitted event use of the Yavapai County Courthouse Plaza, also known as “The Square”. The Courthouse Plaza is a great place for any kind of event, from art shows to flea markets, festivals and more! Once you have completed the application, submit it in person or by mail at the addresses found on the form.
Please download the form for the show in which you would like to participate. Save the file to your computer, open it and complete the application. Once you’ve completed the application, save it and submit it, along with the necessary photos and certificate of insurance, on this page.
25th Annual Holiday Light Parade
The Prescott Downtown Partnership welcomes your participation in the parade and after-parade bonfire immediately following at Mile High Middle School field. Enjoy the bonfire, Christmas music, reindeer races for the kids, and display your float/entry while parked around the field. Judging will take place at the field following the parade.
